Your coaching begins with a 45-minute 1-on-1 video onboarding session, plus a short pre-call questionnaire, so we can get clear on your goals, challenges, schedule, and the support that will help you move forward.
After onboarding, I’ll create your personalized starting plan for movement, nutrition, healthy habits, accountability, and next right steps — customized around what you need most right now. Depending on your needs, that may include workout guidance, nutrition support, meal structure, habit focus, consistency support, or simple shifts that help your body and life feel more manageable.
Inside the app, you’ll have private access to me through text, voice notes, and video memos for questions, check-ins, progress updates, and the moments that usually knock you off track. I’ll help you see what’s working, adjust what isn’t, and keep your next steps clear - so you’re supported, guided, and never left trying to figure it out alone.
